There are so many great features added to Nippon Easy Wash Plus that it totally diferentiates itself from its predecessor, the Nippon Easy Wash. With Teflon surface protector from DuPont added, the new Nippon Easy Wash Plus is more washable than ever. Teflon, which reminds us of non-stick pans, repels stains and blocks dirt from adhering. The painted surface is water-resistant, covers hairline cracks and paints more surface area than other products in this line.

The most important "plus" however, is the fact that it is mould-resistant. This special ability to resist mould is found ONLY in the Easy Wash Plus. Home owners concerned about growth of moulds would certainly appreciate this "plus". Over the years, complaints about mouldy walls seem to have increased. It could be due to greater awareness of such growth on our walls and the corresponding health problems it brings with it. The commonest area where moulds are found are areas near the air-conditioner where condensation often occur. Our bathroom walls also tend to be "favorite cultures" for moulds.
