Instruction: Step 1: Dilute Pre-Treat with one gallon of warm water. Sponge or spray diluted solution onto grout. Allow solution to sit for 5 minutes, thens crub grout with enclosed brush. Remove excess liquid from grout, although grout can be damn for Step 2. Step 2: Brush must be cleaned and dried before use in Step 2. Wet chamois in clean water and wiring out excess moisture. Apply Color+Seal with squeeaze top, drawing a thin line of Color+Seal over 2 feet of grout at a time. Scrub the Color+Seal into grout with brush. Then, in order to avoid potential discoloration of tile, immediately use chamois or remove all Color +Seal from the tile (not grout). Step 3: After 30 minutes, remove excess residue from tiles by spraying glass cleaner on terry cloth and buffing tiles only. Area can be used after Shine, but must be kept dry for 48 hours.
