Caution

1. Only the power adapter provided by the factory can be used with this product. The use of adapters of other specifications may cause damage to the product.
2. Don’t put the cleaner around burning objects, including cigarettes, lighter or anything that is likely to cause fire. Don’t use the cleaner to pick up combustible material, including gasoline or toner from printer, copier and mixer. Don’t use it with inflammable around.
3. Please clean the product after charging, and turn off the product switch before cleaning.
4. Do not over-bend wires or place heavy or sharp objects on the machine.
5. This product is an indoor household appliance, please Don’t use it outdoors.
6. Possible problems in product cleaning shall be eliminated as soon as possible. Please clear up any power cord or small object on the floor before using the cleaner in case they hinder the cleaning. Fold over the fringed hem of carpet and prevent the curtain or tablecloth from touching the floor.
7. If the room to be cleaned contains a staircase or any suspended structure, please test first whether the robot will detect it and not fall off the edge. If a physical barrier is needed for protection, make sure the facility does not cause such injury as tripping.
8. When the product is not used for a long time, the machine shall be charged every three months to avoid battery failure due to low power for a long time.
9. Don’t use it without a dustbin and filters in place.
10. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or power socket. Do not use the product when the product cannot work normally due to falling, damage, outdoor use or water ingress.

 

Maintenance

• Lift to open the flap on the top of the Ultimo Robovac, remove the dust collector container from the machine. Unlock the dust container and it is recommended to have a trash bin beside you for the disposal of the dirt contents from the container.
• You may wish to brush the HEPA filter with the cleaning brush provided or simply use a dry tissue paper to dust it. Do not wash the HEPA filter to prolong the lifespan and effectiveness. Fine filter and the dust collector container can be rinsed and wiped dry for next use.
• To clean the side brush, simply remove and wipe with clean cloth. Clean the universal caster by removing hair entanglement with the cleaning brush provided. Wipe  the sensor  to ensure sensor sensitivity. Clean the charging electrode under the Robovac and charging base with a soft cloth. Clean the dust at the suction  port with cloth.
• Do not mix floor detergent in the water tank, use only clear water. Remove the water tank that has remaining water before charging. Remove microfiber mop pad after mopping, rinse it under running water to clean the dirt on it.
