The internal surfaces which include the Spout, walls and Heating Plate, are made with 304 food-grade stainless steel. So is the Filter which is positioned just in front of the Spout.

The cordless Kettle Jug is placed on top of the Base, which has an attached power cable. This allows the Kettle Jug to be carried by the large Handle without the power cable, which is very convenient.

When the Kettle Jug sits on the Base and the ON/OFF Switch located on the Handle is turned on, the highly efficient, concealed heating elements in the Base supplies heat to the Kettle Jug and boils the water quickly.

After the water has boiled for several seconds, or if the water level is below MIN, the Auto Shut-Off function will be activated, which prevents further heating.
